- Contact information (name, email, phone number) submitted through our website's contact and inquiry forms
- Resumes and career/qualification information submitted by candidates through our careers page
- Company and role details submitted by employers requesting staffing services
How We Use It
- To evaluate candidates for open roles and connect qualified candidates with employers
- To respond to inquiries from employers seeking staffing services
- To communicate with you about opportunities, an active placement, or your inquiry
How We Store It
We're a small, Colorado-based business. We use standard business software — including Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Drive) — to receive, store, and organize the information submitted to us. We don't currently use specialized recruiting software or a dedicated database. We limit access to your information to the people at Strata West who need it to do their work.
Who We Share It With
- A candidate's resume and qualifications may be shared with an employer we are actively working with to fill a specific role
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We may disclose information if required to do so by law
Your Choices
You can ask us to remove your information from our records at any time by emailing info@stratawestgroup.com. You're also free to decline to provide certain information, though that may limit our ability to consider you for a role or respond to your inquiry.
How Long We Keep It
We keep candidate and employer information for as long as it's useful for placement purposes, or until you ask us to remove it.
